The decor/vibe could be better to make you feel like you're going and getting pampered whilst getting your hair cut. I didn't feel like there was anything special. Like a biscuit with the tea/coffee, and on a saucer to make it seem a bit more professional. Having said that, the price was extremely reasonable. Also I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my hair but Leyla really listened and helped.
