I am very upset and disappointed for the following reasons:
The room that the massage took place in absolutely smelt of BO this was an awful experience when the expectation of having a massage was to relax and rejuvenation
The masseuses phone kept ringing she also stopped a few times to take the call which was also distracting and unprofessional
The use of gloves to massage a client I found this odd and distracting because this constant sound of plastic
The oil used didn't smell like any form of aromatherapy
The room just looked unkept
The small area where the 3H massage
bed was, was awful it felt very poorly thoughtout a piece of material held up by blue rope attached by screws into the ceiling was just unprofessional
We were rushed to finish up because another client arrived
The lady performing the massage was visibly sick and in the light of all germs ie COVID going around I would have preferred her not to have taken the booking, because constantly sneezing in a small space is just a horrible experience.
Overall we came away feeling unclean and disappointed.
Please can you issue me with a full refund

The service was nice but seeing as I paid for a couples massage, my partner and I were never in the same room. so it wasn't a couple experience

salon didn’t look like the pictures. The front of house did, but I was taken to the back rooms, windowless, chairs, tables and furniture stacked up vertically. I was shown a cupboard of groceries and asked if I wanted to buy anything... Should have left at this point but had already paid via the app. The bathroom was unsanitary as someone had just explosive D, had to use another at downstairs salon. Came back to owner shoving a broom down the loo. treatment room was dirty. Scary experience.
Relaxing Massage

I had a 45 min spine massage on the bed and had a 45 min deep tissue hand massage.
I had a terrific experience at this salon, the staff here are fantastic at making you feel comfortable and relaxed, the bed massage was excellent and the hand massage was exceptional! I have never had a deep tissue hand massage that was so very good! I felt its benefits for a week afterwards with my body feeling relaxed and pain free.
I’d definitely visit this salon again 10/10, Thankyou for the best experience.
