I booked for full head highlights and a cut. The highlights were randomly placed with large sections missed out and were at least an inch from my roots. She then tinted my roots which turned out ginger. Overall the colour was appalling. She then tinted my whole hair brown to cancel the ginger which covered the highlights so i left with a washy brown colour instead of blonde. The cut looked ok at the time but looking at it later the layers were uneven. She has since refused a refund! Avoid!!
