Farah was really nice and very attentive. However, the treatment wasn't good at all - no steamer was used which is very unusual rather a hot towel. Also she roughed dried my hair and made me pay £10 extra for it to be straightened when the last time I went to the same place it was included in the price. Not to mention that it was very frizzy and I had to straighten it again when I got home not salon quality.
Felt very let down as I've been to the Salon before - sadly will not be returning.
