Enjoyable overall experience at Trio salon. Good shaping of nails and exfoliation with hard skin removal. Wider range of colours would have been a bonus.

Total waste of time! Went for appointment as booked a month in advance. On arrival to the salon, there was no booking in diary. I had to show lady emails and message confirmations and she did not believe me. I had reminder email and message sent a day before but the lady at the salon was unaware who sent this. She then tried to fob me off by saying that I missed my appointment and this was for June!! Again I showed her my treat-well purchases and emails and messages then she said she could accommodate me tomorrow.
I explained that I had to make arrangement with babysitter to make this appointment and cannot do tomorrow. She advised that I get a refund by emailing the manager.
