My treatment was great and had changed my whole look, but I felt there was a lack of communication with staff. One would give you offers and the other staff dont know about the offers and then entirely change the whole price range without mentioning before time.

Staff was really helpful and considering which hair colour will be suitable for my complexion also rates are very reasonable depending on the offers going on.

I had the KeraStraight treatment as my hair is extremely course, curly and frizzy. The staff were extremely careful and took consideration of the fact I have sensitive, damaged scalp/ hair from home previous treatments and years of battling to tame my hair. They were kind and professional, even offering refreshments during the process. It is now almost a week after the treatment and I can honestly say that my hair is still so much more manageable, feels healthier and above all looks great.
