First of all they didnt have a record of my appt despite me receiving a reminder text and then they said they had tried calling me but I didnt get any missed calls or VMs. Farah didnt cut my hair, some other woman did it. I asked for 2 inches to be cut off and got 4 inches cut off. Its all different lengths and looks terrible. Even my fringe is wonky. She didnt check to see whether it was neat, just straightened the sides and left the rest.I only have a simple bob and this is seriously the worst haircut I have ever had in my 30 odd years. I am now saving up to go and get it sorted somewhere else
