I made a last minute booking for a dry haircut which I then changed over the phone and again also emailed Farah with a second change. She was amazing. So friendly, accommodating and helpful. The dry cut I had on the day was so quick and easy and my hairdresser made sure I had a cup of tea and was very comfortable. Although the layers that were cut into my hair are quite amateurish I simply can't fault the service and hospitality Farah and her team provided. A great experience.

Staff are very kind. Had a relaxing time the conditioning treatment left my hair so soft and the massage was nice too, its really good value for money. I'm from wet London so the price was so affordable compared to where I live. Would go again if I'm around east of London.

Member of staff who did my treatment was not clear on other treatments the salon provides or prices when I asked. Also same staff member never asked for payment when I went to tills to pay even when my voucher clearly stated I hadn't paid for my treatment.

What a lovely salon... In every way. The waxing appointment was efficient , fast and the lady kept checking if there was any hair left... just what you need when you get a full body wax. I would highly recommend this place... but watch out for parking as it's a little difficult to find...
