I booked an appointment for 12pm and the staff started to check my hair at 12:30. After that Farah checked my hair as well. She said she knows that the amount of the full head hair colour in Treatwell is £40, but i have to pay £65 coz she said my hair is thick and long, so i agreed. The staff named Parti started to put hair colour on my hair, she left like 55mins. After that she washed my hair, while washing my hair she almost wet my whole face, I didn't say anything. Then it's time to dry it, she used blow dryer and i was like "oh my God" she almost take my whole hair out, it was very painful.. She looks like on a rush and wanna finish drying my hair sooner. Unfortunately the blow drying wasn't perfect at all, my hair looks horrible the hair colour wasn't successful at all. I chose golden blonde but the outcome was still black with a bit of unexplainable hair colour I was so unhappy with the service this time. I hope the next time i visit them farah or the other lady who assisted me on my first visit will be the one who will look after my hair.. That's all.
