Not bad, it was relaxing but wasn't really satisfied with the facial, it was more of a face massage. I expected blackhead removal or steam as all facials I've had include it.

I’m not sure who I was waxed by but, quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had. It is quite nerve wracking as it is getting waxed in such intimate areas and this experience just topped it off. Will not be coming back ever again.

I don't know if it was because I had a Groupon voucher but got the impression that she couldn't wait to get me out of there, not impressed at all, I've used this service before and it was excellent, maybe she was just having an off day, I definitely won't be back
