It was a bit of a strange experience - not very professional. Cheap treatment (Indian head message) so I suppose you get what you pay for. When I arrived (on time) the place was all locked up and it took 5 mins of banging on the door and phoning them for the lady to come and let me in from the rain & treatment started late. She started off assuming I was having a wax, so I corrected her & then she had a bit of a discussion with her colleague who wasn’t comfortable doing a head massage. The original lady then started huffing and puffing to me about her colleague, and how she’d do the treatment herself. She was clearly stressed and flustered. Not the most relaxing start. The room was quite chilly and I could hear her colleague chatting (paper thin walls) all the way through. She didn’t realise I’d booked an hour so I had to correct her when she stopped too early. I was massaged on a paper lining, which would be fine for body massage but just meant the whole time I kept having this crinkling noise in my ears when the paper was constantly scrunched every time she moved her hands. I think a towel under the head would have been nicer. The actual massage felt nice, but the whole atmosphere was odd and not very tranquil!
