This wasn’t a sports massage. The therapist was a very lovely lady but didn’t seem to have any knowledge about muscles and didn’t ask me the questions I would expect before a massage. She would do things to one side of me and then not the other side?She kept scrubbing at my scalp like I was being shampoo’d and her phone was going off during. Lovely lady, but not a great massage.
