I am very hairy with thick curly hair and got a half upper leg and Hollywood. Everything was done so well and professionally, no excessive pain or other issues. A great wax, AL is very experienced and knows what she is doing. Really friendly and relaxed too like you are with a friend. Awesome 10/10 would definitely return

This was quite a stressful experience and didn't live up to the 5* Google reviews. The salon used to have a premises in fishponds and has since moved inside the owners home. I think this is why it isn't what it used to be. It wasn't relaxing, there was a lot going on. The manicure has ruined my nails and my fingers actually hurt now. I got a refund for the manicure. The pedicure was okay - the skin removal and exfoliating was good, but the nails look like over done them myself
