The worst lash lift I’ve ever experienced not sure where the good reviews are coming from. The treatment was left on too long whilst the beautician was doing things around her house, taking calls etc - consequently my lashes are over curled, frizzy and damaged. They are basically bent flat up against my eyelid, never seen anything so bizarre! I just hope my lashes aren’t permanently damaged from this awful experience. Aleida was friendly but the home environment was chaotic, messy & not relaxing

This was the best wax I’ve ever had. No fuss, very quick, very effective. She made me feel really comfortable and we had a laugh! No shame about my thick hair (this is common place for many Bristol salons I have found). Also a very fun atmosphere!

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but I want to warn other customers to avoid this place. I booked luxury mani & pedi. Nails were not filed or shaped, no cuticle work, she just removed the old polish and applied the new one. She did removed callused skin, but again, no filing or shaping of the nails, no work on cuticles. The polish is applied haphazardly, out of shape, it looks like I did that myself with my non-dominant hand. It was also extremely dirty.
