On arrival the atmosphere and cleanliness of the place made uneasy. My booked therapist no longer worker there & the lady looking after me had no idea what I was there for,despite being booked for three treatments.The treatments were disappointing,cheap products (including a deep heat massage!?).My therapist is a lovely lady but she was totally chaotic in manner & therapy approach & her phone was going off. Overall, really disappointing after booking to relax.Recommed the place is deep cleaned!!
