Arrived for appointment and the place was closed and all telephone numbers went to voicemail. I'd prepaid for the treatment and didn't get to have it. Awful!

Lovely staff. Nice relaxing treatments. My only issue is how long the treatments actually take, I like that they care enough to want to get it right but I don’t have loads of time to take out of my day to get these treatments done.... otherwise this place is amazing.
