I mentioned it was my birthday and all the staff made me feel like an absolute princess!
They offered me a lovely glass of Prosecco & made me feel tranquil throughly the whole appointment!
My colour is absolutely stunning! & better than what I could have asked for!
Jess gave me a beautiful curly blow dry, & it is still bouncy and fresh 3 days later!
So happy with the service & hospitality x

A stylist did my hair that I did not book and no prior notification of the change!
I was in and out within 30 mins for an appointment that was meant to be 1 hour and 30 mins, my hair was quickly washed, and then blow dried and tonged. My hair was left in a mess and not styled! and then your stylist offered to get my coat!
My hair smelt of burnt tongs, and my ends reverted back to natural by the time I got back to my car. Unfortunately I had to wash my hair the next day. I am not happy!
