I love getting my hair done at Tropics. Kayleigh is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the services offered a great, especially for those with a kinkier hair type. Services are reasonably priced and efficient.

I went in there expecting to cut most of my hair off because of the breakage I have been experiencing. However, that was not the case, with Kayleigh's expert advise, she managed to assure me that my hair was not as bad as I thought it was. I've never had a hairdresser who's gone into detail about the condition of hair and the cycles it goes through. She was absolutely brilliant! Rest assured, I will be a consistent client of Tropics Hair and Beuty. Shogna's head massage was top notch too!

the extensions I ordered through the salon (having never had clip ins before) were not the correct texture (despite also having a hair consultation beforehand) however, this was only noticed the following day when the silk press completely reverted compared to when I was in the store and it was styled to look good in that moment. Really disappointed with the overall outcome as the extensions just did not blend and the stylist was not honest about this. graduation hair ruined! :(
