Nancy did a exceptionally well job ! My son was asleep and she was able to move around him and cut his hair without waking him up ! Taking a star off as there is no direction from the lifts to Trotters.. and the floor staff in other areas are unable to give directions , you sort have to wonder about .. not great if you are running late , but nevertheless Nancy was kind enough to accommodate us !

Jordanna was amazing, my little one usually doesn’t like sitting still for a haircut but Jordanna was so welcoming and warm that my little one sat without complaints for the whole session!

Ana was great with out son. So warm and kind and made him feel comfortable straight away. She was efficient and the hair cut was lovely!
