Nancy didn't listen to what I wanted. I asked her to blow dry my child's hair straight repeatedly and she didn't until I got up and spoke directly to her. I also asked for a particular hairstyle, which was simple and easy to do, and she just didn't listen until I showed her myself. The hair was bumpy on the crown and was not polished and neat. I had to redo on leaving the salon. It cost me GBP34 which is a lot and I won't be returning.
