We have been to Trotters in Harrods many times. We have always found it to be a very calm atmosphere for our son’s haircut. Nancy was excellent as usual.

I would not recommend. Other branches much better - namely Kings Road, and High Street Ken.

Tijn is wonderful…. patient with my toddler who hates haircuts, well prepared with toys and distractions, and does a good job with his haircut.
