I have taken my toddler there for the past year and have had experiences with at least three of their stylists. Tjen is just wonderful! She is very patient and very experienced treating toddlers, gaining their trust prior to the haircut. She is prepared with books and little toys to let them focus on the toys rather than the haircut.

We came from A not so good experience at kings Road and the manager at the KR store kindly referred us to harrods trotters. The team at Harrods were really nice and helpful and fixed our child’s hair!
