a brilliant haircut which was blended really well and still looked soft/natural for a baby.
The fish tank was a great distraction (as were the toys she offered) and it all was so much easier than we were expecting it to be (maybe beginners luck!)
The certificate, photo and locks of hair we were given at the end made the perfect memory.
