Ana was really welcoming and made my little ones first haircut really special. The whole experience from having toys at hand to communicating each step to my little girl, made her feel at ease. The extras such as the chocolate coin, certificate and a pretty bow really enhanced the experience. My little one can't wait to go back!
The only thing I'll add is that Harrods is a big department store so leave plenty of time to find the location once in the building!
