Very disappointed that our appointment was given to the next person who had arrived half an hour early for their appointment. We were 10min late due to train delays and being sent to the completely wrong floor as we arrived at Harrods. I explained this to the hairdresser but she advised she would have to give our appointment to the next person, despite them being very early and our cut really not needing much time (first cut and very quick!). Seems this had already been agreed!! Very unhappy
