She gave our son an amazing first haircut. She was very clever at keeping him distracted whilst cutting his hair into a very smart style.

This was my child’s 2nd hair cut here. The 1st time, the hairdresser was really caring &considerate. This experience was very different. My child was very upset and instead of a sensitive approach, it was very overwhelming and a forceful experience.
