He was incredibly upset throughout it, and Jordanna was really patient with lots of tricks to try to distract him (sadly all failed, as he was having none of it!) but she was great at working around me (as I was clutched to / clawed at by my screaming son). She was very reassuring throughout it.

Ana was wonderful and made what could easily have been a very stressful first haircut (for all of us) into a lovely experience.
She was great at calming our 18 month old and keeping him distracted/looking up or down with an array of toys and books. She was kind, calm and cut his hair beautifully too!
