The haircut experience at Harrods was exactly the same as other Trotter branches and I’m not sure why it’s more expensive.
It took less than 20 minutes same as Trotters at kings road or Northcote road.
Next time I will be going back to kings road and save myself the extra.

Nancy has been cutting our son’s hair for over a year now and she is simply fantastic. Not only is she very attentive to our asks but she is the sweetest with our son and makes him very comfortable every time. Will keep coming. Thank you!

This is the 4th time my child gets a haircut in this location. All previous times it was great and hair stylists were professional and knew how to deal with toddlers (they had little toys and books and spent few minutes to create rapport). Nancy unfortunately is not recommended for toddlers. She had no patience, was annoyed, showed no care and the haircut was not good, I need to get another haircut ASAP. All previous ladies did a tremendous job and kept the boy entertained and comfortable.
