Our first baby boy haircut experience was amazing at Harrods and highly recommend. We first had a bad experience at Trotters westfield as we were lost and arrived 7min late to our appointment. The barber was very unfriendly and refused to take us, the setup looked a bit messy and the team in the shop was unfriendly, the manager even accused us of poor planning when we were trying to be friendly .. luckily we ended up having amazing experience in Harrods and highly recommend it
