To be fair the team at Harrods were complete life savers. After being let down by Westfield in west London after cancelling our appointment 2 hours before the appointment due to double booking!! We called and scrambled for harrods and the team couldn’t be nicer. We will be taking my daughter now always. Best team - thank you guys for saving our weekend and making it a memorable rather than a nightmare of an experience for our daughter first ever hair cut and for us.
