Nancy did a exceptionally well job ! My son was asleep and she was able to move around him and cut his hair without waking him up ! Taking a star off as there is no direction from the lifts to Trotters.. and the floor staff in other areas are unable to give directions , you sort have to wonder about .. not great if you are running late , but nevertheless Nancy was kind enough to accommodate us !
