My son got an eye infection from being sprayed in the eye then having his hair blown into his face. Still not recovered

Ana was simply amazing with my daughter. It was her first haircut at 6 years old as she has been exceptionally nervous and worried about having it cut. Ana was so reassuring and checked in on her constantly to ensure she felt comfortable and happy. Amazing experience for us both and she has now declared she will only ever get it cut at Trotters!
