Second visit with Nancy for our 18 month old. She was very professional with a sometimes unhelpful toddler. Quick, efficient, and a lovely boy’s haircut.
The store is nicely located at the end of the children’s department, with good changing facilities nearby. As expected, the staff were helpful, friendly, and happy to assist.

Our hairdresser Ana was extremely calm, friendly and patient during my son’s first haircut. He wasn’t too happy at the time, but he left with a big smile, a sticker, a gold coin and a perfect first haircut. Thank you so much!

Jot happy with haircut. She used clippers on my sons hair removing his sideburns and back of hair without asking. By the time we said no clippers she had already taken off a bit of his side burns and was too late. Side uneven and same with neck. Terrible haircut.
