I booked my daughters first haircut with Ana after a recommendation from a friend. My daughter had just turned two & was very unsure about sitting in the chair. She screamed & cried, I felt awful, but Ana was truly amazing. She got my daughter strapped in so she was safe on the chair & reassured me that everything was fine & not to worry about my daughters tears. Ana did a great cut & my daughter enjoyed the hairdryer. I love the certificate, what a lovely memory to cherish. Thank you Ana!
