Eden really was exceptional, and I cannot thank him enough for how he put both me and my little daughter (age 3) at ease. He was also very understanding about how difficult it can be to manage very curly hair and, in addition to doing a great job at gently brushing out tangles and the cut itself, gave great advice at ongoing curl management. What could have been a very stressful experience was actually very pleasant and productive - we will definitely return.

Eden is great - a hairdresser my son and I are both happy with! He's engaging, fun and kind, and also cuts great hair (exactly in keeping with my son's requests but in a style I love - surprisingly hard to find, as you have to read both people and then style it!)

Eden is amazing with my son who doesn’t like his hair being cut. He is very efficient, but with this, very kind and gentle. Would highly recommend him. We only ever now go to him!

Hair cut dreadful had to go back and have the haircut re done. Was told I would not be charged yet you re charged my American Express card. More than disappointing. Have taken my granddaughter to Trotters since she was 3 years old. Not sure now if I would go back.
