I had to fix her fringe once I got back home, because I realised it was totally crooked. Paid £25 for a professional service, but actually I could cut it better. Will think twice next time before taking her to trotter. Also, I asked if she could be seen by the same hairstilist as previous time, and I did not even get a reply or feedback about that.

Absolutely love the staff at Trotters. They do an excellent job every time, are so welcoming and know exactly how to keep the children calm.
