We have had two haircuts with Angel and she does an amazing job. She is very calming and kind towards our daughter, who second time round seemed very zen to be in the chair! The fishtank is brilliant as are the chocolate coins gifted at then end.

Stylist was abrupt and didn’t offer any advice or expertise on how best to cut Childs hair. She was disengaged and wanted to do just the minimum.

Hairdresser could not give my daughter a smile when she was so excited to attend the appointment. A robot could have been friendlier. Ultimately the cut is ok but could have spared the trip to Trotters (and the bill).
