Wonderful first haircut. A very happy and fun experience!

Freddie doesn't react well to having his hair cut, no matter who it is or where it is.
Ana showed real experience and was so calm while cutting Freddie's hair while he threw a little tantrum.
You would never know it was a difficult task cutting his hair as Ana still managed to do an amazing job!

Hodon was sweet but the haircuts were pretty terrible - wonky fringes, lumps everywhere, too much with the clippers and then long bits on top. Perhaps I wasn't clear enough about what I wanted, but even so, I think I could have done better myself. Also, the new Treatwell booking platform has terrible usability and difficult to make multiple bookings through. Pretty awful customer experience. The previous website where you could book directly with Trotters was better designed for the purpose.

My little one has curly hair and needed a haircut. Ana got her a lovely haircut in just a few minutes and give her advice as per how long to wait until the following cut. It is not easy to find someone who is skilled at cutting curly hair, especially on toddlers. I am really happy with the whole experience.
