A quick tidy up. To the point where I had to tell her several times to please stop cutting it shorter. Worst haircut he has ever gotten… we are extremely disappointed and he was in tears after we left.

Our child was really upset on arrival and Eden was so patient and calm and encouraging. He didn't skip a beat at cutting our toddlers hair on our knee. We really appreciated his understanding and he also did a great haircut.

Wasn’t sure about the haircut. It wasn’t very tidy in the end but the person didn’t seem keen to finish properly as my toddler was moving a lot making it difficult. I also remember the last time I went the person had safety round tip scissors. This time they were normal hairdressing scissors and she was going very close to the eye area which was stressful. Overall I wouldn’t recommend
