It was a very busy day so we had to wait a little while. The stylist was very attentive to each customer. She took time to cut my son's hair and engaged with him during the cut. She also took time to check in with us to make sure we were happy with the cut. A very positive experience all around.

The first haircut was too short and uneven. Heavy use of thinning scissors was used which I ask for. The second haircut was also uneven but left too long.
