She cut his hair very well and fast. Really pleased. We had to wait a bit but there are so many things to play in the store so he was happy to wait! Loved the haircut with Nancy. I had a bad experience with another hairdresser in this trotters (and excellent experience with another one other than Nancy), so make sure you choose the hairdresser before!

My son was calm with her and she took her time using scissors till the very end as he is autistic and has high sensory needs and with not liking the buzz she managed to keep him calm interacted with him and he didn’t cry once! She was amazing! Best hair cut yet!

Angela was very rough with my 3 year old who used to be petrified of having his haircut. There was no explanation of what she was going to do to him; a lot of cheek pulling and he was even saying ow. she didn’t do what I asked for and when I said it’s too short she turned around very rudely and said if it’s too short there is nothing I can do about it. I will never ever bring my son back to trotters to get his haircut. He was very well behaved; Angela was rough, rude and his hair cut was awful.
