On arrival for our appointment Nancy the hairdresser was extremely Hostile and very unpleasant towards us, she cut my daughter hair very badly it is extremely even and lopsided she also made her feel uncomfortable and was extremely hostile and unprofessional it was quite Traumatising. My daughters hair is lopsided she has never had such a bad experience at your hairdressers or such a bad haircut ever it was a very very upsetting experience traumatising experience for a child and parent.

My baby was getting his first haircut. The stylist wanted to place gown. This gown had so much hair from previous child’s haircut . I asked for fresh one they simply said that’s the only one they had. This is my local trotters branch which I wouldn’t be going back again. Didn’t enjoy the experience one bit.
