we arrived before our 3:40 pm scheduled appointment yet we had to wait around 25 min before the stylist actually started to cut my son's hair.
In the email it says very clearly we need to be there on time, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled. We didn't appreciate the wait (it affected our schedule) especially that the customer before us was late and still got her service.
Ana was great yet the experience itself wasn't thrilling considering the wait time we had to endure.
