Perhaps I wasn't clear enough about what I wanted, but even so, I think I could have done better myself. Also, the new Treatwell booking platform has terrible usability and difficult to make multiple bookings through. Pretty awful customer experience. The previous website where you could book directly with Trotters was better designed for the purpose.

My little one has curly hair and needed a haircut. Ana got her a lovely haircut in just a few minutes and give her advice as per how long to wait until the following cut. It is not easy to find someone who is skilled at cutting curly hair, especially on toddlers. I am really happy with the whole experience.

Jody is amazing, She cuts my son's hair really well and specially the back where many hairdressers struggle. She does exactly as you ask her to and I will continue going to Jody.
