Would definately recommend him and we will be back again.

We had a great experience at Trotters on Kensington High Street for my son who is 3 years old. We were a few minutes late arriving, but the team graciously said it was no problem. Nancy was very patient with my son turning his head to look at the toys. At one point she just turned the chair to face the toys so he could just look straight at them. The cut was very well done. And she had no problem going back and shortening the sides when I thought they were a little long. All in all, fab!
