Great haircut from lovely Angela. Main point is someone in charge (?) was trying to accommodate/squeeze another haircut after my son’s even though it wasn’t booked. I got the impression both hairdressers were fully booked all day & under the current circumstances cleanliness really needs to be upheld so I felt that was a letdown. I also felt our hairdresser felt rushed as this other lady hovered around (<2m away). How can she sanitise/clear the hair all in good time & fit another haircut?

My experience has been fantastic always. Ana my son hairdresser is a great asset for trotters, she is kind, understanding, and loving towards children which is reassuring for parents, my son is autistic and she always managed to cut his hair tears and stress free. I can’t recommend Ana highly enough.Overall I think that trotters is a very good family oriented company.
