All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.This was my daughter’s first haircut, and I had mentioned beforehand that she would probably be scared and unhappy; I assumed trotters would be experienced enough to make the child feel entertained & distracted enough for the haircut to take place, instead the hairdresser just stood there looking rather frustrated and bored whilst my 1 yr old cried her eyes out! He didn’t make any attempts to calm her or put her at ease! In the end he cut her hair (unevenly) whilst I held on to her on the floor!

Hodan did such a lovely job. My 4 year old son has shoulder length hair and we previously had so many disappointing haircuts with other salons. Hodan listened to what we wanted and it looks great.

Excellent experience from Trotters High Street Kensington for our 1 year old first hair cut. Carlos was exceptional. Very kind and gentle and extremely good at what he does. Couldn’t recommend coming here enough! From start to finish was very good service. Will definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend anyone with toddlers to come here.
