The stylist made no efforts (zero) to make my baby feel comfortable. It was so rushed. My baby was crying. All the stylist said was hold her hands... felt like going through a process line....

The stylist had no idea how to work with children, was calling my son a “baby” when he wasn’t cooperating, made a slew of comments that were upsetting and wasn’t wearing a face mask!! The haircut itself was ok although I think they only know how to do one style as all the kids come out looking the same but the stylist was just awful in her approach to children

Your hair dresser she said to my son rediculous and she didnt tidy my son hair just because my son cry that still a baby tdont say that to your customer.

Teri was wonderfully patient with my son. He hates having his hair cut and she did an amazing job particularly considering he didn’t keep still!
