Tery was very kind and nice. But she doesn’t listen. My husband and I have asked Tery many time not to cut his hair shorter. And it was to short at the end.

My daughter has her haircuts always at trotters; lovely environment and always professional and kind hairdressers. During Covid, we visited twice for a haircut, and we felt very safe. Tery, at the High Street Kensington Store, was super nice and very professional! Thank you, Trotters!

Although they were running schedule when we arrived, there was a least a little slide that managed to keep our 4 year old and her big brother preoccupied whilst we waited. Our friendly hair stylist helped Dad with the process by asking the right questions. She even recognised that her fraternal twin sister came in later that day (because they were wearing the same pants)!
