She was very patient and made my daughter feel comfortable as much as she could.

Took my son for his second ever cut at trotters The first time we went, was terrible and I was afraid for him to go again. He had cried so much that it was quite traumatising (this is a toddler that cried more during the haircut than when he got stitches). We came into the store again and he recognized it and started crying however this time the new hairdresser Angel, went to see him, played with him and made him feel completely at ease. He was happy and I was thrilled. I can't thank her enough
