My experience with the staff at Trotters salon was unpleasant. This is the second time I've left that hairdresser feeling worse after visiting the same stylist.

I'm sorry but I can't sugar coat it. She seems to be a nice person but she's not a hairdresser. The only thing I can do now is hope and pray it grows and I can take my kid elsewhere
