I accidentally booked a same day appointment rather than an appointment for a week later, and no one even bothered to call to check why we had not turned up for the appointment, and all I was told is that it says in the Ts&Cs etc so £25 down the drain

We usually get our haircut from trotters, but this particular stylist didn’t cut my son’s hair well at all. Very uneven. We are very disappointed.
