Horrible experience, rushed and completely miss sold the whole first haircut experience. Absolutely butchered my babies hair - looks like I let a toddler loose with a pair of scissors. So so so upset, wish I never went to the appointment it’s so awful and I’m mortified every time I look at the state of my babies hair. I’ve sent a complaint and sent pictures of the damage but it’s not going to undo what’s happened. PLEASE DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR BABIES HAIR - STEER CLEAR!!!!!
