We have 2 children, booked them both. Everyone was stressed, one of the hairdressers was cross, late and short with her answers, she clearly was under pressure and her tone said it all, despide being late to do my child’s haircut no apology and didn’t do the haircut as requested and when asked reply was ‘ I don’t have time’. other hairdresser cut my child’s hair too short despite instructing to keep layers long, she was less stressed and more helpful. Overall, wasn’t a great experience.
