We entered the branch and approach the hair stylist, who was busy with another child. We said we are here for our appointment and he rudely replied, didn’t “so and so” call you? Then he turned to a staff member and asked to get her. The girl explained that the stylist had to do a recut and we could go to Harrods instead. We accepted and went to Harrods. The stylist at King’s road put us off as was rude and unwelcoming. This was our son’s first haircut. The girl at Harrods was amazing!
