The venue is a lovely children’s store with a fish tank the children can look while getting a haircut. Nancy the stylist was exceptionally warm and caring even though we were late for our appointment and it was a great experience all round for my daughters first haircut.

The staff at Trotters were all very friendly and helpful and my child’s haircut appointment went very smoothly, even though it was a very busy shopping day before Christmas. In top of it we got a great haircut. Very happy all round!
