Everyone is nice and professional but very rushed. It was my son's first haircut so they should've anticipated him getting upset and trying to get him the mood and ease their way to cutting his hair. That's the whole point. Instead we were just rushed to enter the shop, put him in the chair, and get started, He was terrified and miserable the entire time and his haircut is so uneven. So very disappointed in the overall experience.

I asked the stylist to trim my child’s hair and shape it and trim the fringe. I specifically said NOT to cut the length of his hair. My child had shoulder length hair and by the time she finished his hair cut his hair was SHORT with no shape and all his beautiful curls are gone. All without my permission !
I was crying uncontrollably o was so upset, the stylist nor anyone from trotters offered any acknowledgment of what had happened or took accountability for the wrong doings. I want a refund
