It was my son's first haircut. Laura was lovely but it was all very rushed. There are fish tanks designed to distract the child (one of the main reasons we chose Trotters) but my son wasn't placed in front of one. He was given no time to settle, everything happened so quickly . There was very little space it was a hectic experience. Laura was nice but the other hairdresser was rude and ruined the experience even though she wasn't the one cutting my son's hair. A shame. Wouldn't recommend.
