a apron was provided t my son however the stylist didnt bother to tie it around his neck so when his hair was cut it went into all his clothes and nappy. She proceeded to cut his hair without asking or consulting how short we would like it. it was only after we got him home that we found that his fringe was badly cut. At the cash desk we were first in line however the cash register lady decided to proceed to ignore us and then serve two other people whom came after us.

Ana was absolutely wonderful. She had such a lovely energy and was so sweet, playful and patient with Hugo. She made his first haircut feel really special and put him completely at ease. She was also genuinely lovely to chat to and did a beautiful job with his hair. We couldn’t be happier and can’t thank her enough. We think she’s brilliant and would absolutely love to see her again when our baby girl is ready for her first haircut!

Excellent experience on Saturday. It was my baby’s first haircut and he had the best time. No tears, just pure fun. The fish screens helped a lot. The staff were so polite and kind and fun for the kids.
