This was our first time attending this particular Trotters. Unfortunately, it didn't stand up to our expectations based on the other locations. Instead of the fish tank which is such a great way to keep the little one occupied without a screen is replaced with a.... SCREEN! We were on time, but a parent of the child after us was hovering over and getting close, almost pushing us away. The hair cut felt rushed and didn't look so great at the end - probably because of the others' pressures

The hairdresser is skilled however I feel like with baby haircutting, the most important quality is to be patient, gentle, caring and compassionate. I think in general, trotters hairdressing department need more staff trainings on how to better handle young babies, especially when they are scared or upset. This time I’m particularly disappointed because the hairdresser was quite tough on the baby and I noticed three pricks behind the ear area caused by her tools while the baby was struggling.

Always the best haircut in town. Classic cut, easy to deal with while it grows. Attentive staff that talk to the little ines and keep them occupy whilst they perform their magic.
