The hairdresser is skilled however I feel like with baby haircutting, the most important quality is to be patient, gentle, caring and compassionate. I think in general, trotters hairdressing department need more staff trainings on how to better handle young babies, especially when they are scared or upset. This time I’m particularly disappointed because the hairdresser was quite tough on the baby and I noticed three pricks behind the ear area caused by her tools while the baby was struggling.
