I always take my daughter to Trotters for her hair cut. And I LOVE the lady who usually cuts children’s hair there. She’s so warm and friendly and makes my daughter feel comfortable. Unfortunately she wasn’t there this time and we had someone else. She was the complete opposite and made the entire experience very quick and serious. Didn’t even wet my daughter’s hair properly before cutting. It was difficult to get a word or response from her.

Kristina was amazing. I’m really happy with the haircut.However, the space felt very tight and unclear,especially with a pram.As a first-time visitor,I expected more guidance from staff. Without Kristina, the experience wouldn’t have been as positive

We believe that the hairdresser was a bit sick. We could hear her having a sore throat and a stuffed nose. This should not be allowed or at least she should have been wearing a mask.
