Very friendly hairdresser and engaged well with my son. Haircut unfortunately not the neatest but I suppose it is difficult with a baby. The process was a little rushed and my son wasn’t sat upright in chair provided which I think made him uncomfortable. A little explanation on how to hold him etc before the cut started would have made it feel more relaxed. Also disappointed as I was told 10% off in the shop but it wasn’t removed. Cashier aware we had haircut. Raising this with CS.

We enjoyed our experience at Trotters. It was a Saturday morning and my only area for improvement was just that it was quite busy. This made the store loud and there was a lot going on. I had hoped my daughter would be sat in front of the screen with the fish tank but she was sat a bit further back. Having said that the stylist was lovely and there were lots of toys available for entertainment.
